RETURNS/CLAIMS POLICTY

  1. This policy covers 4 IMPORTANT AREAS:
    • Returning Goods,
    • Unpacking/Checking Orders,
    • Reporting Shortages,
    • Report
  2. Returning Goods: Please DO NOT send any goods back WITHOUT prior Authorisation.
  3. Unpacking/Checking Orders: Please do it CAREFULLY and SYSTEMATICALLY, without interruption if possible.
  4. Reporting Shortages: Please note all details and contact your CMB office as soon as possible. A REPLACEMENT or CREDIT for shortages will be issued to you as soon as possible.
  5. Reporting Breakages: Please note all details and contact your CMB office as soon as possible.
